Frying peppers (2), Slicing Tomatoes (4), Heirlooms (3), Grapes (1 pint), Spring mix (in sink), Arugula (in sink), Cabbage, Celeriac, Bok Choy, Endive, Cilantro, Parsley, Dill, Fennel, Butternut Squash and Swiss chard.
I'm in a heap o' trouble now!

Kraut if the old man'll have it.

I'm in a similar boat. Last week was so busy I haven't cooked anything from my CSA. I have one of those gigantic $2000 Kitchenaid fridges (not mine; we're in a rental) and it is COMPLETELY FULL of produce. Sigh. Tomorrow? Sigh.
